#HashtagLunchbag is a humanity service movement dedicated to empowering and inspiring humanity to reap the benefits of giving through the use of social media. We create and use bagged lunches, complete with love messages, as a vessel to spread this love and share our experiences to inspire others.
With the closure of so many schools across the United States due to COVID-19, children will particularly be impacted in a major way. For many of these kids, school lunches are the main source of nutrition and sustenance on which they depend, for their entire day. Without access to school, many of them will be left without access to a daily meal. Additionally, many frontline workers are putting their lives on the line each day at work, to combat this virus. People experiencing homelessness, already in high risk situations, are often without access to a proper meal.
#HashtagLunchbag is carrying forth its mission of providing meals and spreading love, during this challenging time. We will strive to do our part to make sure that no one goes hungry throughout this quarantine.
We are working with our community and arranging the preparation and distribution of meals across the city. Food is currently being distributed in the Los Angeles area. As this effort grows, we will expand our giving circles to school districts across the country, one meal at a time.

Once your order is processed and is on its way, an email with shipping details will be sent to you. If you have any questions on the status of your order, you can contact our customer service team by emailing email@example.com. Note that our fulfillment center only ships on business days, and we do our best to ship out orders as soon as the next business day unless there’s very high volume. Once processed, orders placed with standard shipping (FedEx SmartPost or USPS First Class) may take up to 7 business days to arrive. Pre-order items are charged at checkout and item(s) shipped at a later date. Further details on pre-order items will be on the product pages.
We do our best to process orders as fast as possible however, if you wish to change or cancel an order after you have submitted it, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to find the best solution.
We do our best to process orders as soon as the next business day. However, during holidays or promotional periods when there is higher order volume, we may experience delays in processing your order. Once processed, orders placed with standard shipping (FedEx SmartPost or USPS First Class) may take up to 6 business days to arrive to the customer. Most of our shipments once processed, should be received in the 2-4 business day timeframe. For expedited shipping, we offer FedEx Standard Overnight which aims to deliver next business day to most areas. These orders must be placed before 12pm PST for it to be processed in a timely manner.
We use FedEx and USPS depending on the size and weight of your package.
No, currently we only process orders from and ship to customers residing in the 48 contiguous US states.
Sometimes the status of the package is not accurate so we would recommend following up with your local post office or FedEx facility to see if they still have your package. Also, please check with your neighbors and the property around your house as packages can often turn up this way. Please note all items purchased from Clean Monster are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We do not accept returns on our products however, if the product is defective, we will process a refund.

Our face masks are not a replacement for medical grade personal protective equipment, and in circumstances where medical grade personal protective equipment is recommended, you should consult a healthcare professional. Our face masks are not intended to replace other recommended measures to stop the community spread of COVID-19 or other infectious diseases. You should continue to practice preventative measures such as social distancing, washing hands frequently and refraining from touching your face. Face masks are intended for use in public settings when social distancing is difficult to maintain. Follow the latest advice of the CDC and your own health care professionals as to how best to keep yourself safe.
CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings such as these masks in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (e.g. grocery stores). The CDC also advises the use of simple cloth face coverings to slow the spread of the virus which help prevent the transmission to others by people who may not know they have the virus.

No, there is no metal strip. The masks do fit snugly but comfortably around the nose bridge.
Every face is unique but our single size fits comfortably for most of our customers. The straps of the mask are rayon spandex, therefore they stretch to fit most faces.
Yes, the masks are both reusable and machine washable.
We recommend that you wash before first use. Machine wash hot and do not bleach or dry clean. Tumble dry low or dry flat.
No. For the safety reasons, the masks cannot be returned or exchanged.
We manufacture the majority of our hand sanitizers in Los Angeles, CA.
The expiration date which is noted on a sticker or on the product label, indicates the end of the shelf-life for a specific product. It is based on the date of manufacture of that product. Generally, the expiration date is one year from the date of manufacture. The safety and efficacy of the product can be guaranteed up to the expiration date. However, we have no evidence that using our hand sanitizer after its expiration date is unsafe or that the product is not efficacious. Thus, in times of emergencies, including pandemics, we recommend that you limit the use of expired hand sanitizer to unopened packages or unused bottles.
Based on the information provided by our suppliers, there is no gluten expected to be present in our product. We recommend you discuss with your physician to determine if the use of our hand sanitizer is right for you.
Our sanitizers should be stored at temperatures from 0-43°C (32-110°F) for the product shelf life and expiration.
Yes, it is safe to use our sanitizers during pregnancy and nursing.
We have no reports of adverse effects of alcohol-based hand sanitizers on fine jewelry composed of gold, silver, or platinum. However, we recommend that you use caution while wearing costume jewelry as the product might affect painted surfaces. Please refer to the care instructions provided by the jewelry manufacturer.
